At FitVilleUK, we want you to feel confident in every step; if your footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items back in their original FitVille box and ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
